Disclaimer

Snap India Trip Employee Or Agent Would Never Ask For Any Of Your Card Information Related To Number, CVV, Net Banking Login, Password, OTP And So Forth. Neither Would They Communicate For Install Third-Party Apps Like Any Desk, Team Viewer. In Case You Get Into Any Of Such Act Or Any Loss Of Your Money, Snap India Trip Strictly Will Not Be Responsible For Any Losses.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to India, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen.
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s, customers are required to notify us the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  • • Cancellation more than 30 days prior to start date of tour - 10% of total tour cost
  • • Cancellation less than 30 days but more than 15 days prior to start date of tour - 25% of tour cost
  • • Cancellation less than 14 days but more than 8 days prior to start date of tour - 50% of tour cost
  • • Cancellation less than 7 days prior to start date of tour - 100% of tour cost

If the trip is cancelled after the commencement by you, refund would be restricted to a limited amount, depending on the amount that will be recovered from the hoteliers/ contractors. No refunds will be made in the case of unused accommodation, chartered transportation, missed meals etc.

Mandatory Identification Document Detail

All Guests (Foreign Nationals, NRI's, And Indian Nationals) must Provide a Photo ID At The Time Of Booking Confirmation Of Tours. The Given Below Documents Are Applicable For Different Categories:

  • • For Foreign Nationals - Copy Of Passport + Visa Is Mandatory.
  • • For Non-Resident Indians Clients (NRI Client) - Copy Of Passport.
  • • For Overseas Indian Clients Holding, OCI / PIO Card - Copy Of Passport And Copy Of OCI/PIO Card Is Mandatory.
  • • For Domestic Clients - Copy Of Driving License / Voter ID Card / Passport/Aadhar Is Mandatory.

Complaints and Claims

Shall you feel unsatisfied with any service Trans India Holidays has provided, please notify our local representative or us to avoid the potential for similar problems happening again during your trip.
In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email or regular mail in writing within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. Snap India Trip will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour.

You can contact Snap India Trip via the web form from www.snapindiatrip.com, email or phone or whatsapp. If for any reason, you fail to receive any reply from Snap India Trip in regard of your tour status within 48 hours from the time you submitted the request for booking, modifying, or canceling a tour, please contact Snap India Trip customer service at 24 hour phone no +91-76 783 02047 (Mr Priyanshu) immediately to ensure that we are able to deal with your enquiry under the terms of our Terms and Conditions.
